I use Lifesum to keep track of the water I drink and the calories I eat, but I don’t always keep faithful to adding stuff on it. I haven’t been using it for a while. But it is pretty useful; I can track my physical activity as well and it connects to my smart watch so I get a good overall view on everyday’s activity. What are some apps you use to keep track of your daily nutritious activity and the such?
