I do die for it, I love biltong, my last boss was South African and he used to bring it in on Fridays to have with our drinks ( he was so nice). But I have not heard of droëwors before, what is the diference between biltong and droëwors? I would love to try some.
Droëwors: You make sausages, reasonable amount of fat add bacon if dealing with non-domesticated animal meat, add spices and salt, dry. Even beter than biltong because it is not quite as chewy.
