  • ahhh, i've gone the high weight but only 6-8 per set. low weight high reps will be a major change for me lol
    looking at local gym memberships. my muscle has mostly gone to fat while i've been sick so need a fat burn first. low weight, high reps, then move heavier as i get well
    heya shogun. looking for a light weight high rep weight program. almost done with chemo and will need to get back in shape asap. and since it will be a while before my immune system is firing, the sooner i get fit and healthy, the better
    he he he, i think i'm the only long term member that hasn't been used yet lol
