Mine still stays the original green one...I mean in Ocarina of Time I thought it looked a bit unnatural and it took a bit away the medival style, Zelda is suppose to be in when you saw him in other colours like blue and red, but yeah like in the new game it serves its purpose, although the new ones are better and look different instead of just changing the colour.

The green one is still the best. I thought the magic armor was slightly disappointing.

I was rather pleased to see that it was actually a suit of metal armor. When you hear "magic" armor, you don't even know for sure if its going to be real armor at all because its "magic". I've seen video games in which there were spells called magic armor.

What's even worse, I didn't know about the hot spring water side quest to reduce the last donation from 2000 rupees to 200 rupees. 2000 rupees then 598 rupees for a piece of crap armor isn't exactly fun! Only pro is it looks pretty nice...

Meh, i always have a load of unneeded cash from dungeon trawling, so it wasnt a bother, if you do it along side the bug quest ususally you can just redeem the cash when you need it.

Good point, one of my favorite and least favorite aspects of the game stood out side-by-side!

Favorite: If your wallet is full, you put the rupees you find in chests right back in!
Least favorite: You'll be using that feature alot, as almost every single treasure chest you find has stinking rupees in it!

Please don't think I hate TP, I loved it!

One of my favorite things about the magic armor was to put it on right before a cinematic scene (ie. defeating a boss). Link looks like such a badass.

It's not THAT hard to run back for a few rupees. And Link DOES look pretty formidable in the armor.
