I received the Anakin ep III lightsaber from Master Replicas...I'm proud to have it...But on the other hand, having Luke's lightsabers I got the feeling that it was a little waste of money...I think I should have gone for the Anakin FX altho I keep changing my mind!

I'm getting more and more envious! Well, at least I can show off with the fact that I know someone who has those lightsabers. :p

I bought my son the cutest Star Wars sneakers. They have a Darth Vader on the side with a lightsaber that lights up as he walks. :D

*sniff* I used to have a lightsaber as a kid, my mommy threw it out.

I've got about 80 of the original figures ('77-'83) and somewhere around 50 of the new ones ('95-Episode I) I haven't collected in a while. I always liked vehicles... I have these, as the highlights. I have lotsa' stuff, but most of it's in less than displayable condition. I'm sellin' all of the toys on Ebay to fund for a Clone Trooper outfit I'm puttin' together. (I was COMPLETELY out of Star Wars, and then the damn movie had to come out and turn my friends and I into freaks again!)

    Anyway...

    Original Releases:

    X-Wing
    Tie Fighter
    Darth Vader's Tie (already sold)
    Rebel Transport
    B-wing
    Y-wing
    Slave I
    AT-AT
    AT-ST
    Twin-pod Cloud Car
    Millenium Falcon
    Luke's Speeder
    Several Speeder Bikes
    2-3 incomplete Ewok Villages
Lotsa' little things, like turrets or Ewok Catapults... A couple of junky Imperial transports (not shown in films) and a few totally beat up Degobah playsets, and the Hoth playset

    New Releases (or Re-releases)

    X-wing
    Tie Fighter
    A-Wing (never got original!!!)
    Millenium Falcon
    AT-ST
    AT-AT
    Naboo Fighter
    Slave I
    Luke's Speeder
    Several more Speeder Bikes
Some funky playsets and other stuff that I can't remember. I'm still pullin' it all outta' storage!

I also have a 1987 set of the three original films (released as a "10 year anniversary collection") and VHS versions of the remastered trilogy. I have Episode I on VHS, I haven't got Episode II yet (not in much of a hurry, either.. Didn't like that one much!) and I have a DVD version of Episode III with the little timer on top of the screen. Pretty annoying, but better than waitin' so long!

In addition to lots of old magazines, some kid's novels (Hey, I'm onl 16. I was little when I collected this stuff!) and other junk, I also have lots of the micro-machines, and a few props I've been playin' with lately. I recently re-painted my Hasbro E-11 and DL-44 blasters to match movie specs... I plan on adding a stock to the E-11, as well, and finding my original die-cast DL-44 from the early '80s and paint it, if necessary.

Here's the thread I have on the modified plastic guns over at the Replica Prop Forum.
    http://www.rpf.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=89687

I'm also workin' on modifying my Don Post standard-edition Darth Vader helmet, which will need some sanding, new and velcro, padding and a bit of slicing in the neck area, and possibly along the lower dome ridge on one side, to even things out.

Yup, I'm a fanatic again! It's hard to get back into Star Wars between all of my other reenactment stuff, that's for sure! But it's damn fun, too! (by the way, if anyone's interested in any of the toys, gimme' a hollar! Lots of the weapons are missing with the figures, and equally bad problems may plague the vehicles, such as lost decals or parts. But hey, they'd be cheaper! :D)

    Cheers!

    -Gregory-

because what you showed is a speculated version of how Obi-Wan's saber would have looked like if it was still new the one in ep IV is old and damaged...But when ep III came out it looked different and of course new. What you show is not the one of ep IV. It's probably from parksabers based on a lightsaber that came out also from master replicas which was also a speculated version of Obi-Wan's saber if it was still new. Wrong speculation.

I don't have Obi-Wan's saber of ep III. Seems like a nice saber. But I'm not very interested in it.
