Siege of Darkness by R.A. Salvatore. I don't know why I enjoyed this book in particular so much, but I absolutely love it.

The one I love the most is the Stone Dance of the Chameleon Trilogy by Ricardo Pinto, specially the first book 'The Chosen' :D
But I also liked a lot LOTR and the Dark Jewel Trilogy by Anne Bishop
