Demandred was one of the forsaken I think. its been a while since I read any of the books
Ah ic ic. Well his name must of been mentioned, but I didn't pick up on it. The character hasn't been directly used yet as far as I can see. One of things I am looking forward to is seeing the development of the forsaken, since in the first two books they really weren't a major factor.
The Forsaken get VERY developed in the later books, but as Jordan says in his interviews, you'll have to 'read and find out' (damn that's annoying)
Logain is good. He also get's more developed in the latter books, and is very powerful. AAAQAGHGHHG
I can't say any more. You'll just have ot find out.
Ha. I got Logain as well!
I am aparently like Logain myself. I am only nearing the end of the 1st book so I dunno if that is good or bad.
I chose to be matched against anyone and I got Vanin,
That was the old Brown Ajah Aes Sedai right? Ive read the books alot but I'm not sure if thats the right one, even though Vanin is a woman.
If i'm thinking right it DOES fit me.
EDIT: being Logain is a mix. in the first book you might remember Logain as the false Dragon, then he was sinsiter but later on....its kinda hard to say.
EDIT2: I'm out of it tonight or this morning...whatever My most compatable mate is Min. So i agree.
I think the name of the older Brown Ajah Sedai was Vernin, I just read of her and I forget already.
Wasn't it Verin? Arg, damn Brown Ajah. I should go look this one up.
Answered my own question: Vandene was the one I was thinking of, and Verin Mathwin was yet another Brown Ajah.
Chel Vanin apparently was a part of the Band of the Red Hand. Seven Spokes doesnt have more on him. I can vaugly remember him, i think and if Im right. Im not flattered.
Ya Verin, I just put my book down.
Heh, I'm just going to pick my book up in a couple minutes
they are rather addicting
you got that right. Just think about me I am waiting for the next book, and who knows when that is coming out. So I just go back and read the other books again, and it seems that everytime I read them I discover something I didnt see before.
It's amazing to realize the extent of foreshadowing that RJ displays in the earlier books. It really has it all planned out.
And Feanor, you don't have to wait to long for New Spring!
when is it due out? Not that I am in a hurry being only on book 2.
yea I know that New Spring is coming out in a couple of days, but I was talking about the next book in the series. It will be cool to see what went on before EotW, but it wont be the same. I think the official release date is Jan. 6 according to amazon.com
Is New Spring supposed to finish the series?
To start. Its the first book of three which tells the tale of Lan and Moraine before there arrival at Two Rivers. An old thread (one of the first in this section, long forgotten) that I made.
Hmmm, I got Logain too... and his character has been developed a bit more in the last 2 books, I actually kinda agree with who I got paired with.
I got Aram, the tinker turned psychopath
