Basically you have an actual set style so there's no way i could critize and also since they are paintings, looks good.^^

Oh but I'm not too fond of the dragon...just a thought.

Well, thank you, but may I ask why you are not fond of the dragon? That is one of the few paintings painted using a small amount of gold (not real gold) which means that when the sun is shining on it the dragon looks really illuminated. I also used a small amount of the gold in the mountain being flown over, to possibly indicate a cave of treasures.

I love them. So much better than I could do.

That being said, they look like illustrations out of a children's book (I don't mean to offend by that). I'm not sure if that's the style you were going for or not.

His head and body look too childish for my taste.

Yeah, I do go for a very simplified style of painting, so they do have a story-book quality, making them look a bit more (for want of a better word) immature than the real (or realistic, in dragon sense) images would be. But I do try to make a mythical and ancient impression of life, so subconciously that is what I am probably imposing on my works. If I wished to do so, I could paint, draw or sketch a much more un-'childish' dragon (scariness ahoy) but in that painting I wanted to focus on the creature's beauty and expulsion from the world, also having a very sweeping pose of him and his wings reaching out across the corners of the canvas.

Whoa, I really like the third painting! It might look simplified, but it looks darn good!
The blue parts in the sky kinda remind me of Van Gogh, though. :p

Yes, that's where I think the inspiration came from! He is one of my artistic masters though, and I praise his work.

Wow, those are wonderful. I particularly love the last one; it reminds me of the prequel to the Scream... I happen to LOVE that painting. They are wonderful.
