Does anyone else think UC should make the WK flail?I think it would be awsome.I know it's HUGE but I wouldn't mind if they scaled it down,I know UC is true to the scale of thier products.Does anyone else want this?

I would add it to my collection in a half-a-heartbeat. Also I would hope that it was of correct scale. That is what makes it all the more impressive.

If they made Saurons mace and Witchking flail in scaled down versions (so they are larger than a normal mace/flail but still handle-able) I'd buy them in a jiffy.

In the film everything but the handle of the flail was CG, so I don't know if they even have a real prop for UC to reference.

But I would think that the demand/market for it wouldn't be significant enough to warrrant a replica... and surely you won't be swinging that thing in your home! (At least you can swing your swords a bit, and can have relative secure control of where the blade is going/pointing)

I don't know... You could really hang it on the wall, what with the spikes, it'd just have to sit on a shelf.

I'm going to get the new SideshowWeta WK statue -- he's using the flail there, thats good enough for me.

By the way, SideShowWeta makes some really nice stuff. I have the ringwraith and steed statue and the treebeard bust and they are amazing.

if it's not to heavy I guess you could hang it on a wall, I have a smaller mace hanging on the wall. but thoose spikes makes it harder since you need to hang it very far out

They could maybe do some new kind of plaque/holder for the massive spikey flail head... like maybe a floor stand with hooks for the handle and a separate cradle or something for the head.

Anyway- I would buy the WK flail in a heartbeat.

I highly doubt UC would make the WK flail considering of it's massive size, which really is it's only distinguishing characteristic from a normal flail. Making and shipping it to scale is either extremely difficult or impossible but hey, we can still hope :spam:

I would love to see a full scale WK flail, but the weight would kill the demand with the shipping cost :(

A scaled down version is more welcome to me and my wallet ;)

I made a petition for this at some other forum. I don't think I'm supposed to mention it here, but if anyone wants to sign it, PM me:D

My own includes a full-scale Witchking flail.
If that happens, most reactions can be summed up in a line from Mony Python and the Holy Grail:
    "And there was much rejoicing"

They could make it fiberglass, like the Elven shield. It could cut the weight and the price.
