The Uruk-Hai Berserker Sword would be awesome!
But the Moria Orc Sword would be even better, the thing just looks mean, so Orc-Like. There must be a picture of it somewhere on the net but I couldn't find it. A Moria Orc Helmet (The one described as a 'deep sea fish') would be cool too.

The Morgul Blade is a must have. It would go great with the WK sword.
The other Nazgul shortsword with the finger hole in the blade.
Sauron's sword. How awesome looking is that thing???

Well since Strider's Ranger sword, Anduril, and Hadhafang have already been made, and with the Elven Warrior sword and the Rohan swords underway, I'm pretty satisfied. Those were the ones I really wanted. Also got Glamdring and Sting along the way!

About the only ones I could think of are Faramir's sword and the Gondorian sword (with either the city pommel or the white tree pommel of the fountain guards).

Sauron's sword???? Did I miss something? I thought Sauron used a mace! :p

According to Peter Lyon himself, the functional Boromir's sword for the movie was 4 pounds, and the blade almost 3 inches wide. That was with a false edge, though, and he said if appropriately sharpened the swords would have been lighter. Here is the link to where he posted about this (lots of other cool info about the actual swords from the movie in his post) - just scroll down about 2/3 of the page for his post:
    http://forums.swordforum.com/showthread.php?threadid=10291&perpage=25&pagenumber=3

And while I'm here, I'll cast my vote for both the Moria orc sword, and the Nazgul sword with the finger hole on the ricasso part of the blade. With so many hero swords, my evil Witchking sword is feeling outnumbered (and those two look really cool in an evil way - much better than the Ringwraith's sword).
