Yeah. He would have been a neat character to play in the same way Haldir would be.
If they had an hour long prologue, I would definately be Elendil!
An hour long prologue... That would be something only for the book fans. But in truth, if I could watch one scene from the movie unedited it would be the prologue.
Goes the very same for me.
I chose other, my two fav characters from the book are Boromir and Eomer. Boromir was a complex character so if I had to choose amongst them i'd select him. Eomer was a much more important character in the book, I would have liked for his character to have gotten more screen time in TT and ROTK
I chose Boromir. I have the same build, and I love the character. Not because he gets corrupted by the ring, but because of his bravery and he's an honorable man of Gondor. For Gondor!
Legolas DEFINETLY! (If I was a guy, lol) He is my favorite character from the books as well as the movies and there is no one else that I'd rather play...think about it...nearly flawless, immortal, and the wisest of all beings. Sounds pretty good to me! (Or perhaps it's just a personal preference).
I would disagree with Legolas being the wisest of all beings. I think the wisest of the fellowship would be Frodo. But Gandalf and Aragorn would be the only ones that would be exceptions of that statement.
If I could be anyone from the books or movie........Hmm well considering I'm only 5' even, and a woman I would probably chose Rosie...... but if I was taller I would say Galadriel. (On the account that she is very wise and has great fasion sense! <j/k>) I would love to be Galadriel, she is above all wise and true and a very revered elf, and when I read the books and saw the movies I had a great deal of respect for her.
I'd like 2 play círdan, easy part, just standing there, looking cool in the harbor (in the film) but there is a huge story behind him
Sorry, Anduril, I meant to specify that I meant that elves in general were the wisest of all beings. But it was late last night and I forgot to mention that part! My fault! lol
Legolas all the way. I think mostley be cause of all the races in the books and movies the elves seem like the ones to be. They always know whats going on and can do the most amazing things. Like in Return of the King when Legolas takes out that aliphant or however you spell it. They are truly a superior race to the humans.
Eomer or Legloas.....Gandalf if I was older.
I wouldn't say that. The dúnedain built the greatest fortresses and were the strongest and tallest of all the races. It was they who built Minas Tirith, and Orthanc.
I put Sam because I think he is the strongest character in the films and the books. Without him I don't think the ring would have ever been destroyed.
Arwen, with out her hope, passion for him, and prayers, Aragorn would not have become the one he was destined to be.
Y'know,I like Arwen, but I think too much romance is annoying
I'd like to play that other female role who went to battle in The Return Of The King, what's her name......
Eowyn. She would be a good role to play. Though I'm not speaking for myself since I'm a guy. But if I played Faramir then we'd get married. Ohhh boy, I don't know if I could do that.
I think it is obvious who i'd pick. Yup, Legolas, i really like archery and doing those blade fighting moves and stuff would be really cool. Also being an elf would be, i think, rather cool, having perfect balance and all that. I'm already part of the way there, i've got the right hair. :alien:
Oh, and those tests that were mentioned above, when i took some tests, i got Legolas like everytime. Not bad...
