I like Samsung, almost everything I have is Samsung, althought I wish I didn't have their new TSST DVD-RW, whoever thought merging with Toshiba was a good idea should burn in hell.

They should have burn the towel, piss on it, then buery it in New Zeland.

Blue-ray is better and sounds cooler, but it's not that good that I'll pay 4 times more for it.

That's not true... Most blu-ray dvd's are about 30 euro here, that's a general price, sometimes they are more, only a few are less. Most dvd's are about 20 euro, a lot of old dvd's are less, few are more. So that makes them what? 10% more expensive?

I've compared the prices of Belgium to the Uk and generally they're the same, so don't say 'pffft Belgium'....

Yeah I've been to the UK several times. My girlfriend is from the UK, so I have to go there a lot and I buy my DVD's there too and my games cause they are even cheaper there for me, so the fact blu-ray is so expensive is bull.

Well tell us Nox the prices of a normal dvd and a blu-ray and we'll compare the prices to ours.

Sarcasm Met, sarcasm, how did you not realise this? You come from the country that where masters of sarcasm reside, shame on you, shame.

HD is 111 and Blue ray is 206, so it's double, not worth it imo

Sorry, saracasm is quite hard to detect without speech inflections, lack of tone and many things that come with speech :S

Plus lumping me in with "we" was a bad assumption. I've no problem with saying UK is part of the EU even though they like to reject things like the Euro lol

It's a kuna, so that would be around 30 euros for Blue ray and 12-13 for HD.

Hehe, I know what you mean Met, but that's what I like about the UK, you've got the whole "we've been here longer then you so don't tell us what to do" attitude which is cool.

yeah get the Queen's face on the Euro, or there won't be a Euro at all. What I find funny about England is that when they make a movie they call it an English film. But when Scotland comes out with a good movie its recognized as a British movie, not a Scottish movie. lol

It's hard to believe you get HD-DVD for 12-13 euro. They must really be crap then. lol
The cheapest ordinary DVD's you can find here are about 3-5 euro. And we're talking about casual DVD's not HD-DVD's, then you have dvd's which are pretty old, no special editions (sometimes you do) and they are about 10 euro, so you're saying they almost equal the price of a HD-DVD over your place?
