I think I might live in the Shire, very peaceful there. Or maybe some small town in the forest with the elves.

I was going to say The Shire, but then i started thinking... if the films are anything to go by elf women are hot, so i'm going with Rivendell.

I love horses, so I'd love to live in Rohan.

Lets be honest, the elves are pretty uptight so Im sure the women are high maintenance; the lodgings at Rohan are not exactly comfy, the shire is great for drinking but Im not one for farming, so for me it would have to be Minas Tirith, there are bound to be some good pubs in there, plus if you get tired of it you can always hope on a boat and go somewhere else.

It would be the Shire for me.
    Lots of grass ^^

Yeah that does not have two meanings. Anyways... the shire: chillin' and grillin' with the hobbits. A calm, unconcerned life and the only thing you gotta worry about it... well the weird things Bilbo or Frodo are up to.
    Perfectly peaceful

I'd go with Rohan, near Dunharrow, or in the very north, in the ruins of Anúminas

The Shire is certainly a wonderful place to live (almost as wonderful as Rivendell, I suppose), but I'd have to go for Rohan, Edoras to be precise - probably because I know most about the culture of the Rohirrim. And even though the lodgings might not be the most comfortable ones, I'd say you get used to everything after a while and I surely wouldn't ever say no to spending a night with the community in Meduseld.

I'd be dwelling under the Misty Mountains for about 500 years I suppose, or orcing around in Mordor.

I choose Minas Anor. I would love to live as a ranger of the north in the ruins of old glory. Second option i would love Minas Tirith and fight side by side with Boromir to recapture Osgiliath.

Haha! I just re-read my last post and realised that I still think in the same way; Anúminas all the way!

As far as I can see, it is nowhere defined to stick to the Middle-Earth of the 3rd Age. So I think I would pick Nargothrond, besides Gondolin one of the hidden strongholds of the Elves in Middle-Earth, 1st Age.

Nargothrond sounded like a nice place, though it wasn't beside Gondolin.

Id probably stay at the Shire. I wouldn't mind the farming, and all the wonderful food. :O

I'm a fairly dark and brooding chap, so I would like to abide in the Ettenmoors >:)

    Mirkwood sounds appealing too!

Ithilien after the destruction of the Ring...it would be amazing to see the healing of that beautiful land back to its former glory by the elves. Plus, it wouldn't be all that far to go visit Minas Tirith now and then for some "city life" and shopping.

I want to live in Rivendell, beacuse I love elves with all my heart. They are so beautiful and calm to some extend. Moreover, they live in breath-taking palaces among forests. Mmmm... I would be in the seventh heaven there :)
