I'm pagan, but any closer I can't describe it. I don't follow any of the named nature religions, but I still believe that magic, fairies and gods exist. Also the Christian one, I just don't see him as any bigger or mightier than any of all the other gods ever mentioned. I guess I'm just ecletic - I've gathered those small truths that I have found in the religions I've come across through the years and mixed them into my own believe. I'm not done though, and I still develope my faith every now and then when life happens...

    Atheism isn’t a religion :p,

I chose other because I am Agnostic....which also isn’t a religion now that I think about it.

These were not mentioned in the list: buddhist, occultist, hindu, satanist, Satanworshipper, etc etc.

    I chose 'other'.
I cannot say I'd be an atheist, 'cause I ain't, but I ain't agnogist either. I think too many people clame to be agnogists without even knowing what it is...
I don't follow any religion, but an ideology. I also have occultist habits.

If that were directed toward me, you'd be wrong.

Agnosticism---An agnostic is a person who feels that God's existence can neither be proved nor disproved, on the basis of current evidence. Agnostics note that some theologians and philosophers have tried to prove, for millennia, that God exists. Others have attempted to prove that God does not exist. Agnostics feel that neither side has convincingly succeeded at their task.

    ~Summery~
To neither deny God nor accept God, so yea, I know what it means. :D

P.S. I'd also learn how to spell Agnostic correctly before I criticized someone if I were you :p

I am a christian, my faith once sunk quite low due to an unknown depression, I felt like I had no purpose in life. Then, my parents told me the story of my birth, how I nearly died... at that point, I realized, God could have killed me on that day, but he let me live. I felt so happy, I had a purpose! And now, my faith is strong. On a side note, I sometimes daydream of creating my own country, a country where all religons live, yet are seperate of one another and live happily... it wouldn't be heaven of course, nothing is perfect on this earth, but I'd try to make it as good as I could.

You may not want to admit it, but in a sense Christians are a subset of Jews. Jesus himself was a Jew. Belief in the Old Testament is common to both religions, the belief only diverges at the New Testament and the belief that Jesus is the actual Son of God.

Well, that's a difficult situation, Sky...

But from the Jewish perspective, it's quite simple. Should one be born to a Jewish mother, then he or she is a Jew. Christians aren't Jews due to this (although a Christian might be a converted Jew). Christians are the people who believe the prophacies about the Messiah declared in what they call the Old Testament (not sure what the Jews call them) have come true about 2000 years ago, yielding in the Christ (Jezus, as they believe his name was). Of course, Jews call this Blasphemy and continue to believe that God has yet to send his Son. Hence, Christians aren't Jews either...

Christians however choose to believe that Jews are Christians, believing in the same God, who just sort of missed the arrival of his Son and still living in ignorance about that.

Funny thing is that, from what I've heared, Muslims think the same about Christians. Jezus - Isa, is one of the great prophets to Allah for them, only the Christians missed the - to them - critical part of the teachings of Muhammad...

Probably because Satanism is not a religion but rather a belief. Theoretically atheist shouldn’t be on it either.

And most Satanists don't actually believe in Satan. They simply see him as a model for them to follow, the perfect image of rebelling against God and all for which he stands.

And thus rebel against the society that embraces this God... it's sad, in my opinion...

Still, Gnostics are interesting... I think they believe the Devil to be God and the God Christians believe in to be just as "evil" as the Devil... Complicated, but very interesting...

    Atheist I suppose...although it's a belief not a religion. I don't really attend church regularly and I wasn't baptised / christened. I suppose there could be a god, I don't really know. :S
