    It would appear, and I believe I saw this on "War of the Ring" - that they are boxing all of the EE's into one larger box. I don't recall this version having anything that the others do not.

    I assume it just isn't the 3 extended editions. They can be bought seperately for less. So what else is there, I ask?

    You probably get a free making of book with it too, or some plastic toy of gollum. But yeah It's just the box set of the 3 EE lotr films....basically a con to get more money off people.

    keep in mid tthat the $113 price is in Canadian dollar. At the current conversion rate, that would be $89 US

    Lousy Canadian dollar. (No offense)

    I found that it's only $77 U.S. at amazon, which also has the picture: a golden-brown box. For people who want the extended editions, but don't already have them, as was previously stated.

    Where'd you find that? I did a search on Amazon and didn't come up with anything...

    Hey go on that link, and read the review of this set - someone had the audacity to state if the LOTR is #1 than the Matrix is #2 - - - - - - - - - - not even in the computer world is that true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Matrix is not #2. Star Wars (4,5,6) is #2, as far as movie trilogies goes.
