Oz from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Tommy Dawkins from Big Wolf on Campus. Anyway, fame=/=superiority. For instance, Jack the Ripper, the most famous killer ever, had 5 known victims. The Zodiac Killer is significantly less known, but he had at least 12 confirmed victims. Aside from that, name one famous vampire besides Dracula or Elizabeth Bathory.

In Masqerade: The Redemption. The Early generation vampires had disgusting powers. Some of them could even come back from near disintergration. Madness

Nobody knows vampires by name, because in terms of passing down legend...it is hard to indentify since they look completely different :p

Also, people really only right about Vampires, because it is easier to mix in human emotion and thought into vampire characters.

Nosferatu wasn't the vampire's name, Nosferatu is a word meaning "Vampire." Furthermore, while Count Orlok is a semi-famous vampire, the fact that very few people know his actual name, coupled with the fact that his story was a knock off of Bram Stoker's Dracula really disqualifies him.

I've met some horrifically stupid people that all three of those things would apply to if they were members here. Don't be so quick to assume everything you like is only appreciated by the strong of mind.

Oh, another reason why vampires are better is that they can throw fire balls ;)
But if we're just talking about modern vampires, even a fairy with a toothpick could easily defeat one of those >_>

It's a damn shame that the fireball will be too slow :S

Who says the vampires would aim their fire balls for the werewolves? They can enflame the surrounding trees (if outside) and create a smaller area of combat, which would slow down the werewolves.

I don't know, as a smaller guy I can tell you I generally like to have more room to move if I'm fighting guys who are bigger than me.

The fire is for keeping the werewolves in a smaller area. The vampires can always fly over the flames and perform aerial (spelling?) attacks or mix in with the flames as a gas and just keep attacking and receading till they bring down all the werewolves. Of course, this whole battle strategy would have to be done with silver weapons, otherwise the werewolves would just regenerate.

The tactic is good but too slow. You would have to fire multiple fireballs in a 360 area to contain the WW. It would just go straight for you whilst you try that.

Mind you, a lot of ww are weak against fire, so maybe you can scare them away?

Again, very few vampires can fire a fireball (never heard of any doing so myself), so I'm assuming their very powerful probably won't even need to use a fireball :S

Meh, I think the more of a vampire a vampire is, the more powerful their fire balls are. And they can cast about 3 at once. But if the whole ring of fire thing doesn't work, they can always use the fire to cauterize any wounds inflicted on the werewolf to prevent regeneration (sorta like how Heracles defeats the Hydra).
