    I'm just waiting for them to not make the Tau have stupidly long and evil shooting phases.

    Seriously...Tau firepower is ridiculously strong

    With good reason. Their firepower isnt overpowered and it isnt unreasonble.

    You realise that they get arse raped in hand to hand my imperial guard?

    Imagine what a unit or 5 genestealers or berzerkers who do to a squad of 20 fire warriors?

    Pfft, their disability at hand to hand combat doesn't balance out their firepower.

    Especially those damn huge groups of stealth people with their burst cannons, ability to go backwards during assualt phase (so further prolong CC), not to mention a lot of powerful weapon's don't need line of sight, many don't scatter, and their huge ranges.

    I dunno what Tau player you were playing, but the guy I was playing handed my ass to me so hard (albeit Tau just had new rules out and I had not familiarised myself with them), but this guy was amazing. I think he went on to come second in the tournament I was in (first place was some super Dark Eldar player...this guy was evil).
