Right scratch that last training programme. I've just realised it's a mostly bullshit programme for my body type.

Gotta come up with a new more productive routine now. It's taking a lot of research :S

Hope this guild is still alive?

I start every training with the following warm-ups:

    Running (10 rounds)
    30 Push-ups
    30 Sit-ups
    20 Sitting leg stretches
    20 Butterfly stretches
30 Ukemis (breakfalls 10 of each) - Forward Fall, Backfall, Sidefall
5 to 10 each of the following rolls - small forward, great forward, small back, great back, great side
meditation ceremony of the 5 elements

Holy crap someone posted here? Wow I'm glad to see someone taking an interest hah.

Anyway looks like a solid routine, I've been too busy(read lazy) to work out for some time, never thought to incorporate breakfalls into it. That's actually a pretty awesome idea come to think of it.

I had a good routine going for a few weeks but now that i'm back at school the amount of equipment choices is a lot lower....... I'm going to try to figure out something though.

I don't even think I'm a guild member but yeah

The only official members were me and Met I'm pretty sure. As for your problem, the only equipment I ever used were a 25lb weight and some resistance bands. If you want to be cut or bulky they may not be the best choice but as far as endurance and such they'll do the job until you figure out something else.

Haha yeah, I don't want to be bulky. I've been doing a lot of cardio so maybe I'll lose some weight or something, probably could use it

I'll have to check out the weight room more, though. They probably have both those things. The only thing I have to work around is the fact that it's generally all occupied by football players haha. I'll figure it out though, any specific things to recommend? Nothing too crazy haha

The best way to lose weight will always be a change in eating habits, be it a full on diet or what have you. You also have to stick with that eating change forever or you'll end up regaining any weight lost. The gym should have some kind've workout guide lists somewhere that you can use to keep track of sets and such for what you're trying to do, ask one of the people that work there if they have anything like that.

WHen I do get back into working out it always consists of a lot of normal body weight exercises, push ups, squats, crunches, planks, stuff along those lines.

Yeah, I have been fixing my eating habits (for the most part...) and it's been working.

And yeah, the weight room at this place is ****ing embarrassing. I guess I could ask a football coach or something lol.

    thanks man
