Tips to sleep better

    My method is staying up untill you start to hallucinate (this is between 24 - 40 hours for me depending on how well rested I was before) and then you push yourself a bit further. Then I just have to close my eyes and sink into the best and calmest sleep ever.

    But if you want a more healthier method that doesn't involve you seing things and miss important meetings or what ever you do when "normal" people ae awake I can't help you. I can sleep anywhere at any time. Once I slept an entire night on an old ship in the middle of the night during a storm on the floor... so yeah, I'm maybe not the best person to give advice about this :/

    It all depends on what time you try to sleep, and what you've done during the day.
    I'm guessing that if you've been out drinking until 2am, then you'll easily fall asleep in front of the television.
