    Utopia Falling

In the void, a goddess weeps,
    She dreams, suspended in nothingness,
    Her light is dying,
    Drawing strength from her children,
Each one unique,a jewel in a dragons lair,
Thriving on her body, Breathing her air,
    And yet- corruption grows,
    The lights- wavering,
    Set upon by parasites.
    Rifts in her flesh,
    Scorning her love, Tearing,
Never caring, for the blood she spills,
    Their thrills, draining her vitality,
    Slashed. Torn.
    Snatching parts of her soul,
Slaying the creatures she worked so hard to create,
    She must be purified.
    Yet the only solution- genocide?

Not so good, really, but thought you might want to see it anyhoo!
