All of your doggos are so perfectly cute and I'm super sad I don't have one anymore :'(
Why not? Obviously sometimes you have to get the dog used to the idea of dogtrekking, but Huskies are actually usually pretty good at this cause they are sled dogs and they like to pull. It's much easier than having them on a normal leash (and having your arm pulled all the time). And since they do like to escape, it's safer then than just letting them run around the forest by themselves.
But you might want to wait with trying this out until your dog is around 1 year old and fully developed.
Some pictures from yesterday:
Nice pics, Odds
Usually, you take your own pics though. How did these come to be?
As I said a couple of posts before, a friend of my accompanied me and Nefret on our walk - and she took some pictures It was a really good trip, 20 kms through the forest without ever leaving the city. I love having huge forests basically in the middle of town
@Oddrun - That's cool. Having a forest in your city is basically like cheating. 20 km is a big walk though. No wonder you brought some water for the Nefret.
There's a new tattoo on your body that I haven't seen before though. Sup with that?
What? Which one? I've had those two for two years and I'm sure I've even posted both of them in here The fox and the Asimov-inspired one.
@Oddrun - Upper right leg
@Turambar - that's the Asimov tattoo, which you have seen and commented upon here on TFF
It's what they are bred to do, so I don't see the issue at all?
I do this with the dogs too, but I am pretty lazy, so most of the time I sit on my bike and let the dogs pull me.
If you are thinking about pulling etc. and that's why you'd need more dogs, one is totally enough to pull an adult on a bike!
All the boys slaving.
Looks like you're having lots of fun there Stormy!!
We do actually have a large scooter that is made for a dog to pull; only used it once or twice with our previous husky (she had an opinion that harnesses were not dignifying for a husky to wear). Though I think its possibly heavier than some bikes and I seem to recall something about two pulling being a better number; but that might have been a comment relating to those racing ones that they use on trials.
Also Hatter your dalmation is looking very professional with that harness, cover and muzzle
All credit for Rollos outfits, equipment, poses and photography goes to @Stormborn

OMG he is so adorable! I so wanna pat him and kiss him and and and. He's ADORABLE!
My sister's cat
I think my wife took this in Texas of our boy, Remus. He never seemed to mind the ridiculous outfits or photo shoots she put him through.
