Alright, if you have watched seinfeld, you know that Americans have a GREAT taste in humor.
Actually Seinfeld didn't pique my interest. Frasier and Becker are lot more fun.
Man.. Seinfeld is the best.. but i guess i'll respect your opinion.
I've never watched Becker, and Frasier is good from what i've seen.
Becker is fawking awesome. He just insults people left, right and centre, and not all the humour is the stereotype of being "loud".
I've never seen Becker, but if you want a witty show about some guy insulting people, I'd go for House. And IMO Seinfeld is much better than Frasier.
Yea, House is awesome.
I always found the idea of house wierd, hugh laurie as a grouchy old man........fine for americans but for us over here we've seen him doing the exact opposite for the rest of his career.
Still, he is great in it.
Yea it was unexpected to see him doing a fairly serious role after all that Blackadder and A bit of Fry and Laurie, but he's unexpectedly good in it.
Its a strange turn but a welcome one, the guy is talented and deserves a great medium for it.
I'm just hoping they'll get stephen fry in for a cameo...
It would be nice to see Stephen Fry get in on episode with some ludicrous disease. Not to mention the random banter between him and the now serious Hugh Laurie.
that would make for the best episde ever.
House is a great show, imo
I missed the last episode of The Office for a firefly marathon, what happened in it? Any major plot points?
I just read an article about the difference of American humour and British humour using the Office as an example, as there is an American version based on the British one. I wanted to post it here because I'm curious whether people agree with this or not:
