Here at the Kung Fu Kult, we're all about all things martial arts. In this thread you can express your feelings on any and all films that fall into the martial arts category. For example, I've seen a good number of Kung Fu flicks in my time, and here's a very brief look at how I felt about some of them

    I rather enjoyed:
    Hero
    Enter The Dragon
    Ong Bak The Thai Warrior
    Iron Monkey
    Kung Fu Hustle
    and others

    I was disappointed by:
    House of Flying Daggers
    The Prodigal Son
    Ninja Wars
    Rage of the Master
    and others

while this is the bare bones look at my feelings on these films, I'll post basic reviews of all of the films I've seen later

I agree with the films you like aswell with the dislikes, although I have not seen Iron Monkey.

I recently watched a film called Heroes of Shaolin. Nothing amazing really. The fightig was not as great as I expected. I mean, some scenes were good, but overall, nothing amazing.

Drunken Master with Jackie Chan is quite good for the fight scenes. Lots of long scenes, and interesting fighting styles.

Iron Monkey was great, it's from the guy who directed Crouching Tiger, but this one actually moves really fast
