NOX that's so like me i'm becoming worried.
I truly hope we'r not related PP
No sea waterd blood runs thrue my vains thank you very much. XD
ugh, I do that stuff every night before I sleep because it helps... but nothing helps lately
I never have had that problem. I just close my eyes and sleep. That must really be awful, not being able to do that.
yes, it is awful... very.
You're not really helping there Kaelmarr... >.>
It might be prescribed in your case. That, of course, changes matters
Canabis did cross my mind, but in all fairness, I don't think it is indicated in your case.
That's insect repellant. Although I do believe that having no insects around does make it easier, I would say it hardly counts.
Although literature quotes one case in which a toddler ingested a large amount of this herb, with some effects on his CNS, the psychotic behaviour, as observed in cats, cannot be repeated in humans. What is more, I haven't been able to find one article suggesting this as a sleeping agent.
Yeah.. I know.
Try having a glass of milk before bed. It helps a bit with getting settled down for sleep.
I shouldn't consume marijuana/cannabis/hash/hemp/whatever y'all call it. Mainly because I'm on medication for having bipolar disorder.. Also, doctors don't just hand out prescriptions for that stuff so easily.
Milk = FTL. Never works. Ever.
Actually milk before sleep makes me feel sick when I wake up...I dunno why...
I am semi-lactose intolerant, so yeah, 1/2 the time it amkes me sick too.
@Tur: Hmm maybe i used a wrong name
Sec i'll check it out.
It's a subfamily it seems.
I believe there was somewhere talk of the active ingrediant being diazepam, but i'm not sure, and it's never undergone any serious reasearch
Well, I am not getting my chemistry book out for the occasion lol
I've - swiftly - checked Nepata against one of the largest Medical article search engine, Pubmed. It did suggest it as a possible insect repellant - as well as ingredient for traditional medicine. The only effect it has been tested for was for insect repellent, which it seems to do quite well. The toxicology reports I've seen don't suggest sedative action, so that was my swift conclusion...
And I quite agree
The diagnosis of bipolarity should void any indication towards canabis products, not necessarily the accompanying medication, far as I am aware - though medication like yours should make anyone carefull about wild experimentations into any herbal remedies. I could lecture the lot of you about these effects for hours (if anyone's intereted, look into CYP450 and pharmacodynamic enhancement) - but I'm not
I shouldn't drink either, but I could just drink myself to sleep every night
And wake up with a hangover?
at least I'd be tired
I'm jk though. I don't drink anymore because of my meds/bipolarness .
poor liv... not being able to drink
It's also illegal for me to
I also have trouble sleeping, but more so now then before, thanks for that Liv.
you've kept me up too
