Sauron sings to Elbereth!

    Yeah, the thread title caught your attention, didn't it? I guess you want an explanation...
    I was watching the Extended Edition of The Return of the King today and something struck me. When Aragorn reveals himself and his sword to Sauron using the palantír, you can hear "...silivren penna miriel..." seeming to come from the palantír. You may recognize the phrase from the Hymn to Elbereth in The Fellowship of the Ring - Many Meetings. There are other phrases that you can hear but they are hard to make out. They sound like Black Speech? (That's what I would expect, not some praise to Elbereth.) What do you think?

    I think thats pretty weird. Im gonna go watch it again, with subtitles and see what it is. That would be pretty....odd, to say the least.

    You won't find it in the subtitles. But it's clear enough anyway. In fact, you hear it twice during the scene.
