I think we're still having some time off to develop ideas, as its a bsuy time of year, 2 weeks and I'll be free as a bird to get into this but before that its a bit busy.

there may well be more coming though.

Not a problem. I will hold off for longer and finetune my post (if I get time).
Was there a limit on length?

If anything there'll be a minimum, so don't worry too much about length, as long as its a good read and does take all day to do so (unless its utterly enthralling) then go nuts

Just wondering what the general feeling was on using minor characters to tell the story of you main character. I mean I have a small cabal of sorts surrounding my main character, I take it no one wants character profile etc about them?

Alright I posted cos I couldnt wait any longer. Let me know if it doesnt fit the bill so to speak.
I have some extra expendable characters in there, and possibly have included the basis of some of you old hands characters, But it should give people something to work from and hopefully some drive.

It all seems good, I was going to question the introduction of new characters that hadn't been approved, depending on their level of involvement, but it was a good post so I won't bother.

The only thing is the two way mirror, which seems a little advanced for a fantasy setting (and also the well lit room needs to be the one being watched, not the hidden one).

Thanks for letting me of on the new characters, they are there mainly to help flesh out the main character, and it is always good to have some sword fodder! :p
As for the mirror, my partner said eactly the same thing as you. But it is a fantasy world so anything is possible! right. lol.
Actually I an thinking about rewriting the last paragraph, I wrote and edited it after a couple of drinks and now I think it shows. I mean "kow-towing" is almost as bad as a one way mirror!

well I'm sure theres some way to do it using medieval means very very thin metal is all you essentially need, the light thing is the only real issue, as thats the only real reason they work, light only passes from the brighter side.

its just nitpicking really on what was otherwise a fine post. Swordfodder is fine too.

lets keep these standards up people!

Its has an extended rest period, mainly due to the fact many of the participants are in some form of education establishment, this being the last part of the school year making them very busy.

    Expect a revival soon.

maru your character doesnt fit the setting I'm afraid.

Well, that makes sense I was wondering why most of the boards were abadoned looking...
I have a question, too... What kind of characters do fit into this setting? I'm interested in joining this RP.

Read through the entire thread, and you will find out what the RPG is about.

There is a link to the "ideas" page of the RPG.
