Raven sat and listened to the beautiful elven minstrils and let the brilliant color display take her back to when she first came to the forest. How wonderful it had felt to have a family. The forest was the only place she had ever felt loved. She had even fallen in love there... Then her dreams had to come. Violence, pain, buring, and death stalked her as long as she was here. Why did she ever come back? The canopy of leaves suddenly burst into bright yellows and oranges and flickered as if they were being consumed with fire. It was just like her dream. The sky was glowing red. She had been walking in the forest and the ground had shook beneath her. There was great clamor and a rush in the trees. Then the wave, the wave of terrible things that passed her by. Everything went dark as it passed. When it had passed the trees were like charred sticks. The ground was covered in the broken bodies of countless elves. Then she would always see in the midst of it all... her father. Then someone would come up from behind. She would be afraid. She would be too scared to look and see who it was. "You brought this. The blood of those who loved you is on your hands. Run away... run away... and never return." "Raven? Raven are you alright?", Kabora was standing beside her. Raven looked up as if in a daze. The people she cared for... What was she doing here? Without a word she left the table and went out of the banquet by the back way.
