    As a name, Nym could be a nickname, but "nim" sounds better than "Nime"

    seriously I think it best to ask George if you can :)
    I don't think that there is any pronunciation in ASOIAF for names in its general flow

    GRRM has specified that the pronounciation of names is up to the reader, it's not Tolkien here.

    Cersei for me is easy - "Sur sei"
    adding that little extra i on the end rather than just "see"

    I think i pronounce it the same way as lyanna.

    Not quite I think - I pronounce 'Ny' as rhyming with 'my' so the first syllable is slightly different.
