How does that work, becoming gym leader? Do you actually have to go somewhere and battle other players?

You have certain sites that works as gym, and you have to beat a pokemon in there to control it. Recently some batard form yellow team beat mine - and I had to go and beat his high level ass....and reclaim my glory.

so far best mobile game ever.

I went to visit my parents - they live in a tiny village. There's litterally NO Pokestops nor Pokemons over here. Not even one. Meh...

Yea, its based on population - like opposite form Pokemon series, at least they fixed random spawning in low populated areas(you now have pokemon in low poulated areas)

This is what I like about the game... which I would never play, as I don't play video games and neither do I have a smart phone, so it's a moot point, that the game is being used by thieves to mug people and rob homes they know that the homeowner is away hunting for whatever it is you hunt for in the game. Why on Earth would you let complete strangers know exactly where you are and what you're doing? Not to mention you are distracted and are a danger to yourself and others.

... a man is shot dead while playing Pokemon Go. Oh my, the Darwin Awards that will be posthumously handed out to people too dumb to live.

Pokemon Go dangerous? Every crime, accident, death linked to game so far

The firs rumours were that people were looking for Pokemom in all the wrong places... In cemeteries, under cars. Seems that's only the beginning of the problem this game is causing. I like the basic idea of the game, that it brings kids more outdoors. But it's not well thought out.

This is one of those games that you got play smartly. Unfortunately you do have people driving around while playing it, which is stupid, but you can't just look at the bad stories of the game. It gets people my age out if the house and actually moving around instead of just sitting in front of our TV with conventional video games for 14 hours a day (when I have that kind of time at least lol). And cemeteries are unfortunately one of the places Pokémon spawn so of course you are gonna have people out there looking for the types that spawn there
