In my opinion that's a bit expensive for what you're getting.

I'd also push for a 1TB harddrive - its amazing how big modern files and such are, esp things such as games which I know you play a good few of.

Also, and its more a thing you find on custom orders/builds than common shops shelves - I'd push to get Ultimate edition of windows 7. I've been running Ultimate of Vista and (for whatever reason) I seem to find that the ultimate edition has given me less errors/problems than many have reported with them.

Yeah two things that I want to ask the store are for a better graphics card if they can and a 1 terra Hard Drive. There's an almost identical version of this PC with 750 Euro.

Remember shop prices on the highstreet are typically going to be higher than a shop which is either a big chain store or one which is solely online based. In addition if you buy all the components separately and assemble yourself you'll normally get it all cheaper than if bought as a single unit (but you then have to put it all together!)

Personally I would also ask for more RAM. I beefed it up to 8. I wanted to really beef it up to 12, but at this point really there's not much point to spend more money for that much. At least that is what I have been told.

Yeah that's the thing. This store is one of the biggest in Greece and they provide very good service. If I buy each piece separately I think I will exceed the budget limit by far. They have some "ready" computers on sale, they have them assembled and ready like this one for example,so I guess I can ask for a better graphics card and a bigger Hard Disk memory or ...I don't know...maybe more RAM too?And it will close to the 750 to 800 Euros.

The main things you'll want for playing games is a 1 terra and better graphics card, but with 3.10GHz, 4GB is good enough, unless you have the budget.

Good idea for the internal WiFi. I didn't know computers still didn't always have internal WiFi. Looks like good specs though.

Hmm you think so?I think so too,I mean I told the guy to change the graphics card and put a better one and I need the Wi-Fi.Also having an 8 GB RAM is what a gaming PC needs to be able to run the latest games in ultra high.Along with other specs too...

Hmm, well we paid just a bit more than that and I got Intel Core i7 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, 6 GB RAM, ATI HD Mobility Radeon 5655, Hard Drive 500 GB, and special HD screen features etc etc.... So I'd say the price is fair but you should look around a little bit more.

Well just be careful what you pay. We paid a lot for my laptop, and yes it is a great laptop but still the video card is bust, so I just have it switched off now, meaning no gaming at all for me... So even if you pay a lot for it, doesn't mean it will be a reliable machine. I'll NEVER buy such an expensive laptop again *shakes fist at Sony*

as this topic is going I think you can buy a rack mode server lol :D
I think you always can add external hard but for upgrading other things like CPU and VGA you will need to change them consider that!
buy the best vga as you can and your main bard supports! and ram can improve your gaming abilities

    Doesn't say how much RAM.
Other than that, I don't understand most of that stuff.
