    Name: Amon
    Gender: Male
    Race: Demon
    Age: Unknown
    Height: 6' 3"
    Weight: 206 pounds

Appearance: People are afraid to come near him because he always seems like he's in a mood to kill someone. He is fairly tall with a fine muscular build and tan skin. His hair is short and layered except for two shoulder length locks that grow on each side of his head in front of his ears, silver/gold colored. His eyes are pure molten silver colored, and always filled with hate. He wears only a pair of loose dark breeches, and no shirt; he has the tattoo of a crescent moon imprinted on his chest. He doesn't wear any shoes, either, but he does have bandages wrapped around his feet.

Personality: No one besides his lover has ever gotten close enough to him to find out his personality, other than he seems to hold contempt for everything. He is very hard to get along with, as he much rather prefers to always be alone. He can usually be found lurking in old, forgotten temples, as he seems to have respect only for the gods, despite his race. His face shows no emotion most of the time, and his eyes are so fogged with hate that no one can see what lies within his soul.

Skills: He is a pyrokinetic with a frightening love for his talent, especially when he uses it on someone he really dislikes. Agile and swift, as well as incredibly strong and learned in physical combat, he could have been a perfect soldier, except that he works for no other but himself (or does he?)

Weapons: Twin kodachis laying in a single sheath that looks like a single sword. If you don't know what a kodachi is, it is a short sword that is about two feet long(and if you know who Aoshi Shinomori is, you know what I mean. ^_~). He carries no other weapons other than this, but he has a tendency of turning just about anything into a weapon.

Weaknesses: He is mortal, like the rest of us, even though he has managed to survive for quite a while. He is vulnerable to magic and physical attacks, but despite his cold shell, his heart is the weakest. Any mention of the name 'Ciara' will practically send him to his knees in surrender. He also has a low tolerance of poisons, since the fire in his blood is aggravated by it.

History: Amon grew up in a world that hated him for what he was: a demon. People feared and despised him, although he had never done anything to them. His powers and his appearance were far too frightening for them to understand. Just as he began to accept the fact that he would live his life alone and unwanted, he was proven wrong--by Ciara, a demoness with the power to control the forces of water and ice.

Fire and Ice did indeed clash. For the first time in his life, Amon was stunned. Ciara was like him, a demoness--and yet, she used her powers to heal and create rather than to destroy as demonkind were expected to do. In fact, he had met her in an abandoned temple, praying to the Goddesses of Healing. He had discovered love, and he bound his soul to her as demons do when they find such.

But one day, Ciara was taken from him by the same that she loved and worshiped: a goddess. But she was no goddess of healing--she was Sataka Nai, the deity of evil. She dragged Ciara down beneath the earth and rock and flame, past the Gates of Chaos and into her evil lair. She told Amon that she would hold the demoness hostage, safe and sound, as long as Amon did her bidding until she saw fit. If Amon did not heed her every command, Ciara would die.

And so now he roams the worlds, doing Sataka's deeds of evil. Forsaking all Ciara had taught him to cherish and love, even his own heart and soul. He knows that if he does not do this, Ciara will perish. But he does not fear, as long as he wakes up each morning with another task to accomplish, another soul to claim...

Name: Garion Tidus (Knight of the Dewdrop Rose)
    Gender: Male
    Race: Human
    Age: 36
    Height: 7' 4"
    Weight: 295 pounds

Appearance: He is a tall, broad-shouldered man, with legs like tree trunks and arms that are capable of strangling a large bear. He has shaggy dark blonde hair and pale, honest blue eyes. He wears armor and chain mail when he is traveling, but otherwise, he is seen to wear a royal blue tunic with the picture of a rose sewed in silver on the chest, and plain trousers and boots.

Personality: He is often called “The Gentle Giant of Lorelon” Despite his dangerous size and potential to crush any man’s skull into mush, he has the demeanor of a lamb. He follows the code of conduct secondly, the code of his heart first. He is open minded to all walks of life, espcecially sirens, but he does not trust demonkind or black magic.

Skills: He is an expert to the ways of the sword. He can speak many languages, as his late mother insisted, including Dragon and many forms of Elven.

Weapons: He has a bastard sword and a spare dagger. Nothing too complex.

Weaknesses: He has a low physical weakness, since of his size and strength, but he is vulnerable to any kind of magic. His mind, however, is very strong, and is not easily swayed.

History: Garion once lived his life in a place far away, where it always rains. He grew up training to be a knight, and he became such on his 21st birthday. Three years later, he was summoned by the moon goddess Artemis to raise and protect a young orphaned siren girl that she had resurrected against the will of Anubis, the collector of the dead. He took care of her and soon became very fond of the small girl, treating her like a daughter. Her name was Laurena.

However, one day they were ambushed by slave traders, and despite his valiant efforts to defend her, the child was captured. He was knocked unconscious, and when he awoke, both kidnappers and Laurena were gone without a trace.

For the past eleven years he's searched endlessly throughout the world for her, having no thought for anything else save her safe return to him. But he is under the constant watch of many who would see him killed for his attempts--such as Sucrecia, the savage siren warrior, and Tryphaena, Laurena's cold-hearted sister.

    Name: Tryphaena Castenet
    Gender: Female
    Race: Siren (Dark Queen)
    Age: 26
    Height: 5'10 feet
    Weight: 135 pounds

Appearance: Tryphaena is not only a Dark Siren, but the Queen of Dark Sirens. She is tall and very attractive. She long, knee length black hair, deep violet eyes and dark ruby lips. She has sunkissed skin, much darker than her sister's. She wears a skimpy black dancers outfit that covers only what is absolutely necessary, and a black ankh around her neck. Tryphaena has deep black wings. Also, she is often accompanied by a large black cobra named Morbida.

Personality: PURE EVIL. Tryphaena is living proof that at one time, all Sirens were wicked and lust-filled. Her heart is filled with hunger, hatred and greed for power. She lives only to suck the lives out of human men, torture her sister Laurena, and serve her mistress Sataka Nai, the Queen of Darkness. She is willing to do anything to attain these goals--and is no stranger to using her gift of beauty to get what she wants. She is very seductive, clever, and dangerous, and even the strongest warrior should be wary of this deadly beauty.

Skills: Her sirensong is extremely dangerous. Though beautiful and luring to the ear, it slowly takes control of the listener and continues to drive him mad even days after hearing it. It can make the stronagest man go insane with lust or lose his guard to mindlessness. Of course, men who are attracted to those of the same sex are immune to this, and women attracted to the same sex are also lured by her sirensong. She is also a dabbler of darker arts, such as shape-shifting. Her kiss can be lethal.

Weapons: She carries a bullwhip with her, because she knows that her sister Laurena, once enslaved, fears them greatly.

Strengths: She is of average physical strength, but her full power lies in the seduction of her sirensong and her powers of illusion.

Weaknesses: Like all sirens, she is immune to most poisons except for Iaret poison, which is lethal to all forms of life. Any sort of healing or clerical power will hurt her badly and even kill her, because she is bound to the realm of death; however black magic will work fine, although it doesn't have such a great effect. Any weapon can kill her.

History: She lived in the Calm Lands with her little sister Laurena, her mother Andrea and her father Tanni. She had strangely been born a Dark Siren (a siren with black wings, hostile nature) among a family of Golden Sirens(gold wings, docile nature). It was uncommon, but known to happen, so the people of her village accepted her as their kind. However, she was always different from them. She was commonly bitter and cynical, and loved to play cruel and sometimes even dangerous tricks on her baby sister. She also always had a keen taste for blood.

One day, she was wandering the beach when the Dark Siren warrior Sucrecia came to her, bearing tidings of the night of slaughter soon to come. She told her she had been sent by the Raven, which Sataka Nai was often called. Sucrecia told her if she kept the attack secret, Sataka Nai would bring her safely out of the Calm Lands and reward her generously. Lured by this offer of power, Tryphaena took it without a word, without a care for her family whom would die.

The Night of One Thousand Screams came and went, and Tryphaena watched safely from afar as her family, and her people were slaughtered. She became the Queen of the Dark Sirens, and an honored servant to her mistress Sataka Nai. In initiation, her mistress presented her the Ankh of Death, which gave her great power beyond her imagining, but in exchange, her mortal life was taken. Now she is neither dead nor alive, and if the Ankh of Death is taken from her, she will vanish from existence.

But soon it came to be known that somehow, her sister Laurena had survived thanks to the goddess Artemis. To add insult to injury, it also became known that Laurena now held the Ankh of Life, one of two sacred relics the Queen needed to be resurrected and born upon the world once more. Sataka Nai had been battling the gods for years for this item, but now because of Artemis' mercy, Laurena had the item. Sataka Nai ordered Tryphaena to find and kill the girl. Unfortunately, the guardian Garion lost her to a band of slave traders, and Laurena seemed to disappear from the face of the world.

Now she searches endlessly for her little sister, driven by her hatred and her greed. At her disposal are a number of formidable warriors and wizards whom have also thrown their allegiance to Sataka Nai, including: Sucrecia, a former gladiator once enslaved after being taken prisoner of war; Amon, a heartless demon; and the crystal-captured soul of Azalea Redmark, a long dead archmage driven into madness that once had the power to destroy whole worlds.

    Name: Eris Pendragon
    Age: 23
    Gender: Female
    Occupation: Rogue
    Height: 5'4
    Weight: 128 pounds

Appearance: Her appearance concludes that she has a fondness of exotic things. From the town of Drelon where it is even unusual for women to wear two braids instead of one, Eris' russet-colored hair is braided in cornrows tight against her skull, and continues in wiry red braids all the way down to her waist. It was done by a skilled village woman in the isles of Dubombom (don't ask what she was doing down there. XD ) Growing up on the the streets seemed to be no problem for her, because her rich friend Seifer kept her well fed. A normally husky girl, she's grown slim and toned from running around adventuring with him. Her fair face is somewhat tanned by the sun but sparsely freckled, making her emerald eyes show evenmore of a childlike glitter. What she wears depends on what she's doing at the time. Usually she'll wear a plain beige (but dirty) blouse and tight brown leggings and boots. A belt is strapped to her right thigh, containing a sheathed dagger. For adventures where stealth is a necessity, she has a black ninja suit in her pack from a journey in Tsukasa. In her pack she also has a number of assorted items, from spare daggers, maps, a lockpicking kit, dried fruit, and a few vials of potion and some magic scrolls she's nifted from various places. She aqcuired the pack from a turban wearing vendor in the desert marketplace of Bushuhala. Basically, no matter how much crap she puts in it, it never seems to become full or heavy. She has everythign she needs in it--if she can find it.

Personality: Although she recieved the short end of the stick as a child, she couldn't be a more jovial person to be with. She is somewhat cynical and sarcastic, but never nasty unless you insult her, and seldom nasty even if you do. She'll just pick your pockets when you're not looking. Although she does have a fiery temper, she's usually baned whenever her friend Seifer is around. On the other hand, she can be a sweet, silver tongued little siren, or just genuinely friendly. She does have the tendency to be flirtatious with men, but it's seldom serious, if at all. Clever, resourceful and a generally trustworthy person, she's a good addition to any team, but the only team she truly belongs to is with her best friend.

Skills: Basically, she's skilled at getting what others don't want her to get at, even if it means disabling a few booby traps or picking a double padlocked door. She's also skilled with the shortsword, and has a knack for reading the dead magic languages which enable her to read ancient scrolls she finds on some adventures.

Strengths and Weaknesses: She's clever as we said, but she's honestly not that strong. Seifer is the true brawn of the team, while she is the brains. Without him, she's as vulnerable as any other woman, although a bit more tough.

History: She was orphaned on the streets of Drelon; how, she does not remember. One moment her mother was there, holding her hand, and the next moment she was gone. Since then she has survived by living on the streets, learning quickly to steal but never beg for her food and shelter, because people in Drelon, liek the rest of the world, are very paranoid and were not willing to bring some strange whelp of a girl into their home, especially one that has history with the local authorities.

Eris then met Seifer Hyperon, a young boy belonging to a rich merchant family. Fascinated by her nature, and she by his kind innocence, they became fast, solid friends. They would sneak off together into the woods to have "adventures" with wooden swords and snack times, and were never caught. It was only until they grew older, and the adventures became more real and dangerous, and Seifer would not return until well past noon the next day bearing scrapes, bruises and on one occasion a broken arm, did they finally get caught together. Seifer mother, a very close minded woman, forbade them to see each other ever again.

To say the least, it didn't work.

Together they signed up for their first job together--"SLAY EVIL MONSTERS FOR HEAVY PROFIT". Well, it was false advertising; the profit wasn't that heavy, but they were good at their job. Despite the wishes of his parents, Seifer would sneak out and accompany Eris into deep caverns and the high mountains to slay all assortments of Trikera's "pets". Once, when he was supposed to be on a trip across the sea to visit remote relatives, he jumped ship with Eris and onto another that took them to the Dubombom Isles for a pleasant three week vacation--and to slay a dreadful krakkan that had planned for a summer home there.

It was a friendship that seemed impossible to break, as close to romantic love as one can get without it actually being so. But one night, on a mission to exterminate a cavern of fire lizards, they were surprised to find nothing but a young but dying dragon, a creature unseen for hundreds of years. Driven mad with the pain of injuries unseen by them, it attacked ferociously. Together they fought into the night, against a dragon who seemed both flesh and shade, until they finally slew him and put him to rest. They got out of it with only Eris' bruised cheek and Seifer's cut arm.

But once they returned to Drelon's tavern to celebrate their victory, Seifer fell unconscious and would not wake up. His body turned cold even though he was breathing, and when Eris went to touch him her hand went right through his arm. Like the dragon, he was dying, and turning into some sort of ghost...

Seifer's body was returned to his parents who were both enraged and torn with grief for their only son. Eris tried to explain the dragon, but they didn't believe her, after all, "Dragons don't exist anymore." They blamed her for the incident, and before she knew it she had been marked some sort of sorceress of Trikera. She was exiled from the town, but with a vow that she would find some way to bring her friend back.

    Name: Creek Mary
    Age: 34
    Gender: Female
    Race: Human
Occupation: High Priestess of the Anaka Temple of the Child
    Height: 5'7
    Weight: 124

Appearance: Is often seen as a woman shrouded in a plain brown cloak and holding a rainstick. Her coffee colored skin is painted with the tribal marks of one who holds high religious power in the Barbaric Lands. Her brown eyes hold honesty and dignity, and she keeps her dark brown hair loose and unbraided as a sign of mourning. She wears soft doeskin breeches and a tunic. From her neck hangs a symbol of the Child.

Personality: She has a tranquil demeanor fitting that of a priestess, calm and caring to any who cross her path. But in turn, she can be savage and fierce like the warrior she was trained to be.

History: She was the high priestess of the Sekhma tribe in the Barbaric Lands until one day when Trikera's minions swept across the plains, demolishing the tribes. Not with weapons and blood, but disease...a disease that caused all who was touched by it to perish into shade.

In a desperate attempt to save her people from this diseased spirit, she tried to summon a spirit from the netherplanes to fight it. But instead, she summoned the soul of a boy of eighteen. He fought for her, but it was far too late. The tribe had perished and reduced to a village of ghosts. Creek Mary wanted to stay and die with them, but the ghost boy took her away from harm's path, into the River Valley.

The boy's name was unknown, even to him, and so she called him Dead Boy. After the summon he did not return to where he had come, since he hadn't a clue where he'd been before the summon. So he travels with her, bound by a bond Creek Mary did not cause, wherever she may roam.

Like Eris, she searches for the Chest. But she does not only wish to revive her people, but also to revive the world. She has faith in the Child that the Child will set all things right where once was wrong, and wants none to suffer as she did.

    Name: Dead Boy
    Age: ????
    Gender: Male
    Occupation: Ghost
    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 0

Appearance: One can literally see right through him. As transparent as a relfection in a pond, Dead Boy has no skin color or body weight. His shade is that of nearly a skeleton with skin, white hair that flows in an imaginary wind and large eyes that reflect the color of his feeling. His clothes are nondescript and tattered, and he always has a look of melancholy.

Personality: Save in the presence of Creek Mary, Dead Boy is very placid and even cold. He tends to make other people uncomfortable with his appearance, so often he hides himself in a black cloak, or becomes completely transparent.

History: Dead Boy hasn't a clue of his past, only knowing that once upon a time he fell into a long, deep sleep and never woke up. But in this dream he walks through, he knows that all who onced loved him in his life are now passed away into the Highplane without him. He has seen the Child, he claims, in the darkness of the Underplane, or at least has heard her voice, and he firmly believes in Creek Mary's pilgrimage to find the Chest. Summoned by mistake one day into the Barbaric Lands, Dead Boy awoke from his hellish sleep and found himself in an unknown world. But at that same moment, he laid his eyes on Creek Mary and fell deeply in love with her with what heart and soul he had left. Not wanting her to be dealt the same fate as he people, he swept her away and now remains with her, loyal to her and only her.

    Name: Kai Ta Oswanabanai
    Age: ??
    Height: 5' 4
    Weight: 128
    Gender: Female
    Occupation: Mystic

Appearance: Silver-white hair, shoulder length, cold grey eye, right eye completely white and covered by an eyepatch. She wears the lieutenant uniform of Alexander, blue with grey lining. She is pale for an Alexandrian.

Personality: She is very cold, with a depraved indifference to human life. She will put even her own men to death without a second thought. She used to be Captain of the army, but was demoted when she let a valuable prisoner escape the jail. She is now bitter towards Kuja, the man who replaced her as Captain. She is also a ruthless fighter and thinks nothing of ripping minds apart with her mystic power.

History: Much of the woman's history is unknown. She grew up in an unknown place, and somehow enlisted into the Alexandrian military. She came to be known as an excellent Mystic, and notorious for her ability to pry into other's minds and tear them apart as she saw fit. No one knows her true goal, as she seems grudgingly loyal to King Galathrist and yet hostile towards Galathrist's enemies and allies alike. Kai-Ta is an excellent fighter, but she has poor eyesight (completely blind in the right eye) ; fortunately she is guided mainly on her senses and what her Inner Eye provides.
