I was asked by wanderingmagus to post some of my art work here while I'm more than happy to do. You're also far more likely however to get an up to date idea of what I've been doing via my deviant art account. http://anararion.deviantart.com/

Digital painting isn't any more difficult than learning how to paint or draw with a more traditional medium. Most of the same principles are there. Although I'm not exactly what I'd call amazing at it I'm still learning a lot of different things. I sort of discarded traditional methods though which is something I wish I hadn't done since most traditional methods can help get a bigger grasp of things digitally.

    Congratulations!

    Those are really good!

I agree whit you about traditional methods. I paint digitaly too and find traditional methods messy ( well...maybe im messy and dont like to clean up after). But these are the real bases for digital painting.

i will go to see your DA! =D

Thank you. Hope there's more you like on there.

And yea traditional mediums tend to be mess. I usually draw thing in pencil first before moving to the computer or somethings in pen. Paints, chalk, charcoal I usually don't touch unless I have a real urge to.
