Well as everyone knows certain moves common in the martial arts can be difficult to perform. The most basic of these is the back flip. The problem with a back flip is the bodies natural aversion to being upside down. While usually this can be overcome, I'm curious to know your experiences with different moves or techniques of any type that have given you trouble. Any trouble. I'll go first. Aú batido: The move is not hard to perform at all, if you can do a handstand for a few seconds you can do this one too. My most common problem is that I don't get the non-kicking leg up. This doesn't really effect the overall presentation of the trick, so I don't worry about it. However, due to my fairly under worked elbows I do encounter a more serious problem from time to time. I use my left arm to balance in the trick, and often times if I'm not careful it give out under me causing an unpleasant finish and some degree of embarrassment when demonstrating to spectators.
