Tbh i've more respect for the vietnamese than american soldiers. lawl
The american soldiers invaded another country. Sure, i'm sorry for what happens to them now and definitely wish them no harm, but tbh if there's such a thing as karma, then it's working >.>

America most likely, but I do know that Britain has the biggest and best equipped Navy in the world.

I got this from a cool site:

By the way, what do you think is the stuff there in the barrel on the Bear's back?

    It's honey, of course!

The Russian Bear is not an aggressive beast, for he likes honey rather than flesh.

But we Russians do always hate those uninvited "guests" who would frequently come with weapons upon our beloved land – Holy Russia. Such enemies like Napoleon's Grande Armée, Hitler's Wehrmacht together with the SS, Einsatzgruppen, and a great lot of other godless scum.

As is widely known, we do always convert the great bulk of the invaders eventually into the manure for our boundless fields.
Any kind of them and always.
At least during the last 600 years' period of time.

I understand where you're coming from, I'm just telling it like he says it. The NVA were particularely good at scaring the crap outa soldiers and Marines, so there was alot of hate towards them by most. The funny part about it was supposed to be the, "Jam" part. He was talking about the M16's unconsistancy when they were first being produced. It's sad really, alot of men were killed trying to clear their rifles.

And Met, Im sorry for kinda snappin at you. I wasn't sure if you were taking shots at the fighting man in US or not. I wasn't gonna take the chance that you WERE, and let it slide so I posted the mildest thing in my head at the time lol.

That's because they're the cream of the crop. Who the hell is going to rattle off 10 different things?

Plus the British Army isn't extensively massive now is it? Plus you're taking it out of context. We were talking about the best in a certain thing.

Yea cept....their not. The US, German, Dutch and the Israeli special forces have been trained and advised by the SAS in the past

British have four SF groups; Royal Marines Commandos, the Parachute Regiment, the Special Air Service and the Special Boat Service. Special Air Service being the SAS.

They all stem from the British Commando's of WW2.

That being said, each SF is good at what they do and it's almost childish so say "mine is better than yours", except for when the SAS and SBS are concerned.

Sure..... US Marines stem from British Marines that decided to be cool and break off. Of corse, over the years they got much better than the British Marines and now can fight anywhere and any terrain.
Marine First Recon is pretty much the greatest IMO.

What the Army has to say about the Marines,
I have just returned from visiting the Marines at the front, and there is not a finer fighting organization in the world! -General Douglas MacArthur, US Army

The deadliest weapon in the world is a Marine and his rifle! -General Pershing, US Army

The more Marines I have around the better I like it! -General Mark Clark, US Army

I can never again see a United States Marine without experiencing a feeling of reverence. -General Johnson, US Army

The safest place in Korea was right behind a platoon of Marines. LORD, how they could fight! Major General Frank Lowe, US Army

You keep referring to the military as cool, it's not meant to be cool its a job a very important job where people risk their lives very day to protect their country and others. They do it because they have to, and they feel pride in doing it. I have many friends in the military and referring to their duties as some cool and hip thing isn't going to go down well, try telling someone its cool to see your best buddy blown up by a bomb.

I understand what you mean by that. I plan on joining the Corps (because noone knew that :p) and I have to keep in mind it's not a game. I don't want to see people die, but what else are you gonna be happy about?(besides not being dead)
If I'm out in the feild I wanna have the mentality that the men around me are the best, coolest, most skilled MFers in the world. Not to do somthin stupid, but it's good for moral to have good self esteem about what you are.

Plus, who's gonna be like, "Ya our militatry is scary and boring." on a greatest military power poll?
