Pro tip - going to the zoo on a Sunday during the holidays = full of kids!
Then again went with family so mad time having to keep up with them whilst trying to take photos at the same time - still good weather and loads of fun

The first picture almost looks like a weird twist on "cat got your tongue".

I don't think it is the cat's tongue guys, looks like he's being fed, I think it is meat, not the cat's tongue
The cat would look more uncomfortable if it was it's tongue

    Thanks guys and gals :)

And yes those are cuts of meat being fed to a pair of snow leopards, the keepers not wanting to get their fingers nipped off so they are using the grabber arms. It wasn't a main feed, just treats to get the cats out and the public all around to see them - and hear them as one of the two cats was very vocal during the feeding.

Well I know that it is meat, but it looks kind of like a tongue. I didn't know if OR was trying to pull some PhOtOgRaPhIc IlLuSiON.

    What a cute kitty!

I also love the order of the pictures, as if the groundhog is next in line to be eaten and it knows it.

Ahh I think the groundhog is an adult; they were very small creatures; like around the size of a large rat without the long tail

We have a similar animal, called a marmot (mostly live in the alps). They look the same but are very fat, as they live quite high up in cold weather.
