Not 100% certain if anyone here will be interested, but Kristine Kathryn Rusch, a long-term professional writer and former award-winning editor for F&SF, posts a short story on her blog every Monday and leaves it up for a week. Sometimes it's fantasy or science-fiction, sometimes mystery, humour of just about anything else. If you like short fiction, it's a real treat; she's very good. If you're interested in writing short fiction, you can't do better than get a weekly dose of Rusch.

    AGREED!

I've either read all, or almost all of her Retrieval Artist novels... she's one of those rare women in SF that it's nearly impossible to tell apart from male writers. I read the first Retrieval Artist novelette because it was almost free on audible.com, and I thought the whole premise of the story was pretty farfetched and silly... but it's written so well I was hooked and read the lot of'em.
