An age long debate and question of cuteness. Kittens and puppies, the two cutes animal babies there are. And after a short arguement in the SPAM section I thought I'd settle this in a democratic manner. So place your vote on which you like more, think is cuter or just better.

    My vote is on kittens.

    I say kittens.

more intelligent, cute, and, in the long run, there is much less work required to take care of it.

Cats have highly developed nervous system, most of which is devoted towards sensory and reflex purposes, therefore meaning cats respond best to plysical stimuli. Repeating mental task is not an indication of this, Cats have a better developed nervous system and if more were devoted to congnitive though the cat would be far more intelligent.

Now to settle which is cuter, please view this pro-kitten propoganda:

That Mr. Winkle dog is one of the ugliest puppies I have ever seen. Now, if you want to see an actually cute puppy, find an Italian greyhound. noe just a picture, because part of their cuteness is their size.

I, however, am a cat person. How could you resist these?

Hmmm...I'd have to say puppies. Mainly from seeing The Dack's puppy. And yes, I've seen an italian greyhound, they just sit there shaking. They're quite possibly the most nervous animals ever.

Tough one. Kittens of course win the cuteness factor. I've never seen an ugly kitten, while I've seen plenty of ugly puppies (although most of them are cute anyway). But I would personally rather own a dog... I think. I'm not really much of an animal person. :D

    meh.. I went with kittens.

Okay I will start off by saying that I own like litteraly 15 cats and I also own 1 dog. Now I love them all. I love cats as well as dogs but I must say that this is no contest. Dogs are better. They are much more cute than cats, more intelligent, and hey "man's best friend". Do you know what "man's best friend means"? If you were attacked and your cat was near you, the thing would run away to save its own @$$, but if your dog was near you, it would bite the D*** off the attacker to try and save you. I mean dogs are much more personal. And take this from me, someone who owns both.

Dogs win it by a mile. I've worked at a Vet clinic for a good two years now, and I have seen 10x as many unfavourable cats (in attitude and appearance) as I have dogs. I have never been bitten (puppy bites don't count, that's just a behaviour stage) by a Dog, but the amount of times I have been scratched and bit by Cats is uncountable.
