A tag is new feature here that lets you essentially "tag" a topic with words describing what it is about, can make it easier to search for. (Though they are not used very much)

To quote someone, you can click the "Quote" button on the bottom right of their post. There is also the multi-quote button next to that. Whit that one you can click on several posts and when you are ready to respond, click "Quote" on the final post you want to quote and all will show up in your response.

You cane also use
(here you would copy and paste what someone wrote)
but without the spaces.

Ah lol! Its called user title :D
Click on "User CP" top left. Then there is a list of links on the left side, the first one says "Edit Your Details" click there, and then look for "Custom User Title", should be in the second box in the middle, right above your birthday info.

If you're still after getting a quote into your sig (as in, a quote from another forum user):-

1. Quote the person who's post you want in your sig
2. Highlight & copy the Quote in your reply box
3. Head to User CP
4. Head to Edit My Signature
5. Paste the Quote in there
6. Job done :)

If you're after just standard quotes then simply write them in :)
