So, I know of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and so far I know it is on the 3DS, but, has it been made for anything else to be played on?

No, it's only been re-released for the 3DS and if enough fans are interested, they said they would make Majora's Mask for the 3DS.

To answer the question: Ocarina of Time was originally a N64 game. Damn, if my apartment was bigger I'd get my N64 out now and play OoT for the 9001st time. :D

Well I managed to get Ocarina, Majora's Mask and 2 of the early games on a Gamecube disk that came as part of a special edition Wind Waker. It still works and I've played them often that way, since I kept my Gamecube, but it also works with the Wii, if you have a Gamecube controller, that it.

They remade it on 3DS because it was such a hit for Nintendo on N64, and is still today one of the classics. 3D is the next technology to be explored with in gaming interfaces, and what better way than to remake a tried and tested epic like OoT! I bought a 3DS purely to play it again lol.

I bought this, but for 2ds. I never got around to playing it on the N64 (Too distracted with Pokemon) so I'm hoping to get stuck into such a classic!
