I'm a big fan of Christopher Nolan so I'll be there come November.

Also - Anne Hathaway. I'm definitely there :D

The newest trailer is available online and looks beautiful. Nolan looks to have another winner on his hands.

The movie opens at the start of November, I'm really looking forward to some high quality sci-fi. Prometheus disappointed me greatly, but I have faith in Christopher Nolan :)

Now that looks like it could be a good movie... something a little closer to hard science fiction. No zombies, and no transformers, it's hard to believe they've made a SF movie I might see.

And it'll be dealing with the difference in ageing for those travelling faster than light as well, hence Matthew McConnawhatever's daughter is young at the start, but 30-40 when he comes back.

Has anyone watched this yet? Because I did yesterday and my mind was blown. Never before has a film affected me as much as this one, or the way it has. Simply brilliant, in my opinion.
I was not unaware of the fact that we humans are tiny and insignificant in contrast to what's out there, to put it simply, (but at the same significant due to our humanity and how far we've evolved and things like that), but Interstellar made this idea kind of tangible.
I can only recommend watching this on the big screen. That is, if you like science-fiction as well as films that affect you emotionally. While the credits were rolling I would have loved to stay for a while to let it all sink in, but the group I was with wanted to leave right away, so I'm considering to watch it again alone (the whole 3 hours!) so I can contemplate it a little more. :p
I can totally understand if not everyone agrees with me, but I'd say: 10/10 would watch again.

I watched it this weekend, and I absolutely loved it. This movie had so much of everything I love. Incredible acting, interesting character development, amazing scenery, thought-provoking topics, beautiful science, and more science.

I would totally agree with you, I would definitely see it again.

I finally saw this on Bluray last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Hooray for intelligent, ambitious movie-making.

Also, how awesome were the robots TARS and CASE? Hilarious :D

I always get the title mixed up with Gravity, but I saw this movie a few months ago. Really enjoyed it, but there was a lot they could have cut out that would have made it better. The space scenes with the airlock sequences could have been cut a lot shorter, and the whole seen with Matt Damon and Mcconaughey having a certain argument were unnecssary or at least could have been cut short.
