I need help! Blade Fogginess

Hello I'm rather new to this forum, I joined because after purchase of my blades I noticed there was extreme fogginess on only one blade and it concerns me because its only on one blade. I'm unsure what kind of blade it is, The foggy one is shorter than the other blade. The picture's of the foggy blade is the best I could do, please excuse any mess in the background it was hard to get the fog to show.
