Well I'm not sure how hard I can punch really, but I don't think it's me you have to be afraid of in that case, but rather the boyfriend xD now he does martial arts. Plus, Link has his sword and shield, you should be honoured if you get a little beat up by him.. or me.. or.. yeah

But it would be fun to be able to meet up with a few. Just gotta have everyones visits 'collide' with eachothers

I've never punched anyone. I think. I've smacked a guy in the face with a book though. That works.

and since I have over 400 books, I guess I have a good chance of smacking someone with them :D

I punched someone in the face when I was younger for touching me inappropriately.. but I prefer kicking them in the nuts when they do that.. I'm not as violent nowadays tho..

I've been in London during the Christmas Holiday, which is awesome... but I don't know if they treat Halloween special over there. Seems like they ought to though, since it is the home of Jack the Ripper.:)

How can you go through life without alcohol?.. I started drinking by age 14. But then again I'm part Scottish and it's totally acceptable to be drinking that young.

Jack the Ripper isn't really much of a Hallowe'en subject, remembered more as the most famous unsolved murder.

I'm English and discounting half-glasses of champagne every so often on special occasions, the only thing I've had is a pint of beer. I just don't see any point in drinking.

    Not you too! :)
And worse, because I think you're from Spain?.. which like Scotland has a proud association with spirits.

I think you're perhaps referring to beer?.. which yeah, takes some getting used to. I don't think anyone really likes the smell or taste of beer at first. But really, compared to the smell of horses... beer is pretty dang good.;)

    @sparrow

easy, alchocol is most overrated thing ever, it is unhealthy as hell, and there are better means of getting happy/relax than to drink.

Haha, well, I'm Polish, which also normally involves a lot of beer and vodka ;)

Polish!.. are you sure you're not from Spain, or maybe Portugal... Italy?:)

One of my best friends is married to a Polish girl and she's as fair-skinned as I am. How the heck did you end up with perfect olive colored skin coming from Poland!;) And btw, his wife can drink vodka like it's water.

I've never had a problem with beer, but I'm just not interested in alcohol. I see myself as a slightly lax epicurian-stoïc.

Exactly what my sister was saying yesterday (a pole from spain will be coming over in September), but Poland is very sunny in summer. I think also that the fact of having been in South America for the past (2?) year(s) might have something to do with it.
Poland also has the strongest alcohol in the world.

You forget that you're probably already going to be sporting a bloody nose and possibly other more painful injuries from the viking before the bf even gets to you.

I'm part Scottish and I have to live without it. It surely can be done....lol.

Didn't know that. I would have bet on Jamaica.

Sparrow, are you sure Oddy's skin is olive? Judging by her last pic posted she appers to have fair skin, That might be an exposure problem with the photograph, or it might be extensively photoshopped to confuse us, but she looks Polish to me.

They have some 9-% (can't remember the exact figure, but it's basically drinkable ethanol) Vodka which they said was too dangerous for Dara O'Brien (irish comedian) to drink (they'd been drinking progressively stronger polish vodka on a science show).

I'm quite tanned atm (14 months in Latin America does that to you) although not too much compared with the locals ;)
