Does anyone know if Banthas (Large lumbering mammoth-like creatures which are indiginous to Tatooine) can be trained to deliver parcels and return on their own ?

This isn't appropriate for General Discussion? I was wondering where I could get my bantha.

I want a bantha. Though, I think a more agile creature would do better as delivery-pet.

lol. I hope they're still landbound.

I've got very bad experience with pidgeons - and I do NOT want to have similar experience with a Bantha :(

unfortunately banthas are stupid animals as they are trained by tuskans or 'sand people' and hence wont do anything unless leashed. I once got one drunk and tried to get it to eat a mate of mine but it just stood there making dumb noises.

Actually , although they may be suspect in many areas , A bantha wont just eat any old thing . And as for the stupid noises this bantha was apparently making - that was probably the poor creature trying to communicate in its limited vocabulary as to to why it should eat something that looks an awful lot like a bantha turd that had just been crapped onto the sand
