AHHHH only like two weeks until school!!! and I'm on the bottom of the food chain...AGAIN!!
Ah, someone on the same page as me!
(cept I don't go back till the 20 something of august)
September 2nd. W00t.
and its really not bad at all. Unless you're Ray. then its likely worse than you could ever imagine.
You start school in 2 weeks? Bummer. And since you're going to be a freshman... ignore the upper classmen. And just don't do anything to make yourself super annoying, and you'll be fine.
...>< From what you guys (and gal) have said...I'm gonna die...
1: Our school year has back a day every year...so next time we'll start a day earlier...><!!!
2: wow...thanks Kak...
3: Igonring is not my strong point
Well, just keep your locker LOCKED in gym (ESPECIALY gym) and if you use ure locker during the day, which I dont.
I say this because, it seems to be fun to put stuff in peoples lockers. I know from experiance lol. I put 3 packs worth of katsup (lol ya i know) in a dudes locker once....while we were swimming, so he had to clean his crap off before he could leave lol. And he still doesnt know it was me.
1. Don't use your locker. Only noobs do that. Backpacks ftw.
2. Upperclassman aren't all that bad. Some are actually halfway decent. Don't be afraid to 'communicate' with them. Everyone else, just ignore. And by ignoring i mean don't harass them.
3. High School isn't all that different from Middle School. Just bigger.
I agree with all but 3. You get so much more freedom in high school. Electives and clubs, and the ability to drink and eat in class lol.
Lol, i'll agree on that. I meant to say, its not all that WORSE than MS.
Lockers and totally choice man. Having a locker is great, especially if your in a sport and don't feel like carrying around you stuff all day.
Dude, there's a blackmarket if every highschool for stolen locker items....and my school doesn't have gym locks :-/
so bring your own padlock. Also, my school doesn't let you carry backpacks during the day, but it's really up to the teachers if you can or can't. Overall if you don't want any trouble stick to people you know at first and gradually branch out to other friends through the year, some of them are almost guaranteed to be upperclassmen. Generally just try not to be an idiot and you'll be fine.
I did the exact same thing IR just said, and I bring my own lock to gym.
well I don't expect to need a locker unless I get on the Baseball or wrestling team...but I think it might be fun...but down here we don't have the Hunting club or even JROTC!!! we can only take either French or Spanish...><!!! ect.
Good luck, boys I'm technically a freshman next year, too, but I'm pretty sure that I get a status upgrade since we'll be renting a place as opposed to living in the dorms, lol. Still, from what I remember of high school, just be respectful of the older kids. There's an age gap and there'll always be one, and yes, it WILL make a difference. We just usually ignored the freshmen kids 'cause the vast majority of them were still at the stage of "What's an innuendo?" etc.
Oh aren't you cool LDH with your fellow 12 year old friends living away from home
Yeah I know
Honestly though, dorms are retarded. The housing options aren't bad in my friend's neighborhood - a 3 bedroom house for 1200 per month? 'course, utilities, etc. aren't included, but it's still a pretty damn nice deal. Especially when you take into consideration that it'll be OURS, and the hell with the university.
No, no. Dorms are epic lulz
...wow...whatever GO AIRFORCE COLLEGE!!!...can't wait
