Is there a way to filter the SPAM section (or any other section) out of the 'New Posts' feature?

    Don't you like us anymore?
Actually serious point - with SPAM so popular if the admin/mods could put say - a second NEW POSTS command in - one for everything baring spam and one just for spam it would be nice
Least then we could keep up iwth nonspamming things without having to miss spam

If everyone put in even a 10th into the actual Forum that they do into SPAM, I wouldn't mind having to browse through 4 pages of crap every time I log on, but that's all 80% of the members do here, is ask what each other are doing, or post about the fact that they're talking on msn or something.

So in short, I want that to disappear so it doesn't irritate me anymore :D

I get what you're saying, but that doesn't help the issue at all. SPAM is free and fun and should remain that way, but don't you think those posting in the SPAM section day in and day out owe it to TFF to put in a little value here and there?

I'm not asking everyone suffer a button that eradicates SPAM from new posts. I would like to choice to customize it to my preferences.

I think you can ignor posts - though a whole section could be tricky

and its not my fault - people just don't read the books I read ;)

    lol yeah.
That's why I figured this way would be easier.
I'm not exactly a new member so I've been ignoring posts for quite some time but I guess I'm just over it now.
Figured I may as well ask if there's an easier way before I start getting over the top irritated and spurt verbal abuse in every direction it will go (Just kidding :p)

i think this is not a bad idea.. i think that when you press 'new posts' you should be able to sort the posts by section, and if you could care less about spam, just peruse over it.

Well I'm glad this thread in the questions forum managed to get two people's notice.
Unfortunately, it hasn't gained the notice of anyone who can actually do anything about it >.<

Eh, if I cared that much I would have already :p
The mere fact that nobody has replied means they probably have more important things to handle ^^
