Yes I am striking back with yet another good poll!

This time you have to choose your favorite battle presented in an epic film! Some of you might want to tell me why!Noticethis is mostly about limited battles not huge ones.I liked the idea of posting a poll about small but intense and cool battles that were used as either intros, outros or "appetizers" before a big one.

Vote for the Alliance vs Sauron. Nothing much of a climax compared to the other battles there, but I can really feel the conviction of Aragorn and co much more keenly than the other battles. And ****, I missed the other option here. I voted too fast since I truly like the Minas Tirith battle. But you should have add that in ffs. If you can add the failure that is Osgiliath, you should add Minas Tirith as well. :S

I voted other.. My favorite battle is FOTR amon hen.. epic

Out of the other choices though I'd go with FOTR last alliance battle or The Last Samurai battle.. though it was kind of a rip-off of Dances with Wolves :-/

I know but the concept was to have a poll about small-but cool-battles.You know mostly intros and outros.

If it was about big-scale epic battles there would be many different choices.:hackit:

Other, Gandalf vs The Balrog. Although, "The Lasy Alliance Battle" was killer!

It could still be considered a battle

Yes...a duel is the same thing as a battle just with two people

Oh yeah. Pelenor Fields. That one was the real deal with Rohan flanking everyone to oblivion. And if I remember correctly, Pelenor Fields was actually part of the Minas Tirith battle. Am I right Lego?

As for Osgiliath, it's an epic failure with Faramir and co getting pwned while having one random guy getting killed in the aftermath. :S

Other. FotR: the fight in Balin's tomb.

Of those listed, the battles in the forests in Gladiator and Kingdom of Heaven were both intense and brutal, as was the defense of Osgiliath; three of the best ever filmed.

The scene in Serenity where River went postal in the bar also rates a nod.

The forest fight in Kingdom of Heaven. Not only was it epic, it was realistic. I'll take a realistic fight over a massive-scale fantasy battle any day. :D
