Ah, ok. Didn't know whether you were looking for a translator or what. Ok, the best site to learn elvish is councilofelrond.com

The lessons are really easy to follow, because they were written for a non-linguist. They offer courses in Sindarin and Quenya. I'm taking Sindarin now. There is also a forum in which you can post and ask questions about the lessons, and there's "homework" that one of the mods hand grades, but it's not required. If you have any questions, please PM me over there. My name's Ranewen. :)

Ah, I don't know what language you are looking for Curunir, but Ardalambion has a great course on Quenya, that is the High Elven Speach. Furtermore, it is the location to start looking into Tolkienian languages. I am not so sure the guy is that into Cirth and Tengwar, but I am sure you will find all you need on that site.

If you look in the appendixes of LOTR you find loads of information--from pronunciation to the Angerthas. Most people know this already but I wasn't sure. Other than that you can go to arwenundomiel.com

I have just come across a song sung in the celctic language. I always imagined the Elven language would sound like this when I think about it.

http://radioblogclub.com/open/80492/20/meav <--- check out song called "The Dark Haired Girl"

I speak Sindarin and Quenya at an intermediate to advanced level. I, like Sorcha, used Council of Elrond to get started in Elven modes, but as everyone else here has also put there two bits in for the best site to learn it, just scout around and see which you like best. (even though this thread was 2 years old anyway = )
