I'm not sure if I should be posting here, cause I'm breaking up the story but......
Holy Crap! That was some awesome stuff....it truly is a Shogun original
I really like how you are incorporating different legends into the story cause I actually know some and am able to piece things together as I read. Especially that lady covered in blood and the mirror....
I am assuming that I will have to wait a bit longer to discover what happened six years ago...lol...but I like how you wrote "those two days" cause most stories are "that fateful day" it just makes it all the more interesting to wonder what event could have occured that would last two days.....
The "guardian cop" that Blades has "protecting" him is cool cause he is able to wipe away groups of hooligans in the blink of an eye....why is Blades so worried
I'm not sure if I missed it or I just didn't read it right, but what the hell does Blades look like? Is he deformed or did whatever happened six years ago change his appearance?...cause it says people don't recognize him without "the vest"....
I just have to mention that "Well, if it ain't a pig and a gimp?" was my favorite line....lmao
Overall it was an awesome read...I look forward to more....and you don't have to answer any of the questions if they will ruin the story.
Well the events six years ago are chronicled in the original work that was just called "Descent" which is a few pages back in this section.
The ghost cop's story will be detailed a bit later, I don't want to give anything away right now since that might ruin the character development.
As for the vest, one of the most distinguishing features about an on duty cop in a bad part of town will usually be his bullet proof vest, and without that it would be harder to pick one out if he used that as his uniform. So he's less likely to be identified as a cop without it.
The legends are going to be interesting, specially because I'll have to make some of them up completely.
I like it... ""Well, I'm a freak of my word." for some reason I like that Quote.
I'm pretty sure I've heard it somewhere before, and figured it fit so I'd use it.
Noticed a rather large continuity error in the first post, so that part is gone now.
Very cool...I liked the new additions to the story....Clowns have always annoyed me
That ghost cop....he still keeps me wondering though...he is proving to be quite the interesting character....
...will be waiting for the next installment....
Mapped out the progression of the story today in study hall. This one should be much longer than the original.
And there will be more characters on both sides that are useful.
I really liked the detail in this installment...helped with the visualization of the events occuring....and man Blades has no luck at all
It'll get worse before it gets better
next update should be up before the end of the weekend, if not, I'll try to make up for it with double updates monday
