Kalten was a god at telling jokes. He should have ascended into some form of godhood. Kalten the God of Jokes. lol

I've read Domes of Fire and The Diamond Throne. I really enjoyed them and I intend to read more once I have time for that.

    Re: David Eddings

First book I read of his was The Redemption of Althalus. His writing style was so wonderfully different, that it was a really good read. His sense of humour is amazing, the jokes the characters make really make me laugh.

Also read this Elenium and Tamuli series. The characters in that made such good jokes...Kalten...omg genius >_<

    Re: David Eddings

I don't know why he does that.

I've only read The Redemption of Althalus, Regina's Song, and the Belgariad series. I liked Redemption, so I read the others. I feel like the same characters are transplanted into different books and just given new names. And in the books I've read by him (even together with Leigh), he seems to like separating the guys and the gals. Boy people here, girl people there! It's so weird. I still really like The Redemption of Althalus, but I don't think I'll read any other books by the Eddingses.

    Re: David Eddings

he does seperate it alot. but thats not as bad as be nice. weve got college kids goddesses knights sorceresses and demigods saying it, and it gets tiresome.
