Meh, I wish I could draw like you. I really love all those dresses, of both of you. They make me so jealous. :D

I especially like the third of the Yule dresses. The proportion is way off on those three, though, even if you are going for a fashion-y nine head figure. The legs are way too long. Also, if you are doing a design that involves white fabric, like the green party dress, try to do it on tinted paper (a white prismacolor pencil will end up pretty opaque) or darken the area around the design, so it is easier to see. The contrast will really make your design clearer and better looking.

Vanaiel, all of the dresses you posted are makeable, even the last one. You would need some special structuring and maybe a wind machine, but all of them could be made.

    Edit: hehe, my 1337th post!

I don't really do costume designs, but now I'm making some kind of haltertop in light-brown suèdine, it has to look very 'pagan', I'll post pics when it's finished ;) It's the first time I make clothes myself, I a bit exited... Hope I can make some real costumes when I get better...

not bad. Did you use a pattern or go from scratch? Because going from scratch even semi-successfully without any sewing experience at all is impressive in and of itself.
